Announcements :

Tuesday, March 17, has been set for our 19th annual Pancake Breakfast at the First United Methodist Church in Clarksville. Tickets will be $4.00 per person. They will go on-sale at the end of February.

Bulbs & Broom Sales: We will not be going door-to-door this year but bulbs & brooms are still available by calling Lion Art Dercksen at 754-5999 or Lion Philip Taylor at 979-2260. Lightweight broom is $8, heavyweight broom is $9, & the black beauty is $10. Package of six bulbs is $5.

Activities :

The Clarksville Lions Club raised approximately $2,400 on its smoked chicken dinner held on Tuesday, Oct. 14. Special thanks to the following sponsors in making our fund-raiser a success: First Security Bank, Tyson, The Water Store, Wal-Mart, Wal-Mart Distribution Center, Harvest Foods, Arkansas Valley Electric Cooperative, CenturyTel, McCormick's One-Stop, Diamond Drive-In, and the Graphic.
